Jadyn Lamb | Director of Operations
“Jadyn exudes the qualities you look for in the operations role,” Oates said. “She is organized, empathetic, motherly and takes the initiative. Her last few years of elementary teaching have developed those qualities even more. She is a fantastic addition to our staff.”
McCartney-Lamb, a native of Chadron, Nebraska, rejoined the Bears after spending the last three years as a first-grade teacher in Pierce, Colorado.
McCartney-Lamb coached at the club level for six years before joining the Bears staff.
In 2025, Lamb took on a coaching role with the Bears and helped with on the court training as well as all the off-court duties as well.
Lamb has been a part of the 2024 Big Sky Regular Season Championship Team as well as the 2025 Big Sky Tournament Championship team that advanced to the first round of the NCAA tournament.
